Their staff were helpful and answered any queries I had prior to booking and made me feel at ease with what I would be gaining from taking up the course with themselves. I signed up myself and my team in total 8 of us took part in the 1 day intensive (which I must stress it was - no one walked correctly for a few days!!) course and boy was it worth it!

I recently completed the LKB Academy Kettlebells Instructors Course with Steve and Ken. I found the course to be very professionally organised with a natural progression through the techniques and skills required. The teaching of the kettlebells skills were perfectly demonstrated by Steve and plenty of time was allocated to perfect those skills. Having said all this the course is not for the faint hearted it was certainly the hardest physical course I have ever done even the warm up was hard core! A thoroughly enjoyable course though which has made me more than confident to go and teach kettlebells myself. Thanks to Steve and Ken, well done!

I would recommend all Personal trainer who are interested in improving their skills, techniques or to learn new methods of training with kettlebells. To enroll on a course with LKB Academy, it was the best course that I have done over a number of years. You will come away with confidence and a range of training techniques you can use with your clients.
