Two day instructor courses imminent

Hi all,

We've had a lot of success with our one day course but have had enquiries about running a two day course.

Well this is going to be soon! We're pencilling in September.

Working on expanding the one day course material and we're probably going to add in more supplemental work such as corrective strategies, exercise progressions and more breakdowns and progressions.

Feel free to add a suggestion using the comments box below

The RAF and kettlebells...

5am in the morning is usually not a good time to be awake. A two and a half hour car journey around the M25 is usually not top of my list of fun things to do.

But I could live with that as we had been invited to train the PTI team at RAF Brize Norton!

After negotiating armed guards, scary looking security cameras and having our photographs taken we met up with the team of eight PTI and took them through some corrective exercise strategies and their kettlebell paces.

Kettlebell Instructor Courses - bonuses for graduates

Working on some tasty bonuses for the LKB Academy graduates - as we say on our website, we don't just get you in and churn you out. You're part of the team and we are here to help you grow your businesses.

Going to send an email out to the Academy members; but here's a quick request for help.

What would you like to see us give you as extra material, things that will be useful for your businesses?

Five ways to promote your kettlebell business

Following on from the last blog post, one of the other main enquiries we get is how to boost your business with kettlebells.

Here are five tactics that we've either used ourselves or gotten great feedback from other members of the LKB Network.

Implementing Kettlebells into your PT business

You've attended the course, you've recovered from DOMS and now you're ready to get cracking with kettlebells!

Only thing that might be holding you back, and this is from previous course feedback, is where do you start?

Here's a few tips and tactics that we have used successfully that should help you get started.

Skip the cardio, do swings instead. Rather than get your client to pound away for twenty minutes on a treadmill, get them performing the five minute swing session. To recap, its thirty seconds of swings, thirty seconds rest. They'll "love" it.
